This page explains what happens when you use the catalogue or send an enquiry to Aai's Aura.

What we collect

If you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, WhatsApp or mobile number, delivery city, the products and quantities you selected, and any message you write. Email is collected only if you choose to enter it.

Why we collect it

The details are used to reply to your enquiry and to confirm availability and delivery. They are not sold.

Where it is stored

Valid enquiries can be saved on the website server. If Google Sheets is switched on by the business, the same enquiry is also added to a private spreadsheet. The public catalogue does not show other customers' enquiries.

Opening WhatsApp creates a draft on your own phone or WhatsApp account. The message is sent only when you press send. WhatsApp then handles that chat under its own terms.

Payments

This website does not collect card numbers or online payments.

Analytics

A visitor-statistics tool is used only if the business has added a measurement id in the site settings. It is off until then.
